We have a team of responsible and delightful local guides who provide our clients with their personal insight into the attractions and history of the destination. Their wealth of intimate knowledge and unequalled understanding of the local cultures and customs are to be appreciated when providing an invaluable high standard of service.
All tours with a minimum of 10 people will be provided with a professional English speaking National Guide to accompany the group throughout the tour. Your National Guide will be committed to ensuring your holiday runs smoothly and will personally
attend to any need that may arise.

All of our tours are ‘guaranteed departures’ with a minimum of 6 people. Please check our website www.helenwongstours.com for the latest updates and information for tours that are guaranteed to depart.
To avoid disappointment, we have ALL guaranteed departures, with a minimum of 2 persons, on selected tours marked with above symbol. Programs without above symbol will have a selection of specific dates that are also guaranteed for 2 persons. These are marked as underlined.
‘Boutique lifestyle’ upgrade. All Victoria Cruises cabins in our tour program are guaranteed on the Executive Deck and upgrade to ‘Boutique Lifestyle’ include free access to Executive Lounge and the benefits of a-la-carte dining and an hour free pre-dinner local wine.

Our advice to our clients is simple. When comparing our tours to our competitors, do not compromise your holiday enjoyment and satisfaction by settling for a tour based on ‘price’ only. We understand that price plays an important role in determining your choice, BUT you must carefully compare the components before making a decision. After 25 years, we are confident our experience, reputation and quality product range will stand out as the one that provides genuine
value for money.
The importance of a relaxing stay and good night’s sleep stems from the quality, comfort and location of your hotel. We consider this a priority for our clients and our range of accommodation is listed in each itinerary. Our hotels are not listed as ‘indicative’ or ‘similar’ as we are committed to providing accurate details so you know exactly where you will be staying and what you have paid for.
For your convenience we have included daily breakfast and lunch on most of our tours. Your evening meals are more flexible as we have only included one dinner in each city so you can be tempted by the wonderful local cuisine. Most importantly, you are not paying for dinners that you do not consume or enjoy when you would prefer the time to explore, relax or shop.
Air travel, share twin accommodation, transportation, most meals, sightseeing, free bottled water on tour and transfers, guide service, visa fee, travel kit and bag, including all airport taxes, security charges and fuel surcharges.
