1

Upon arrival in Luoyang, be transferred to Huayang Plaza Hotel Luoyang for two nights.

Admire the Longmen Grottoes, built in AD494 and comprising more than 2100 caves and 100,000 Buddhist statues. Visit White Horse Temple, China’s first place of Buddhist worship. Stroll the winding laneways that run between ancient houses.

Travel to the famous Shaolin Temple, birthplace of Chinese martial arts, at the base of sacred Mt Songshan. Watch a martial arts demonstration. Transfer to Zhengzhou and stay two nights at Sofitel Zhengzhou.

Visit the Yellow River and Henan Provincial Museum housing local ancient artefacts.

Transfer to Zhengzhou Airport.
