Explore gracious and cosmopolitan Shanghai. Drive to Jin Mao Tower, one of the world’s tallest buildings, for a panorama of the city. See the colonial concessions along the Bund, take a stroll through Chinatown and visit Yu Garden. Evening acrobatic show.

Fly to Beijing and be transferred to your Beijing hotel.

Visit Beijing sights that capture the imagination – the Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven, the splendours of the Forbidden City, plus Tiananmen Square.

See the Pandas at Beijing Zoo and tour the ‘hutongs’ (back alleys) by cycle rickshaw for a behind-the-scenes look at Chinese life at its most traditional. Visit the Silk Market and a cloisonne factory.
