Upon arrival, be transferred to your Beijing hotel.

Visit Beijing sights that capture the imagination – the Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven, the splendours of the Forbidden City, plus Tiananmen Square.

See the Pandas at Beijing Zoo and tour the ‘hutongs’ (back alleys) by cycle rickshaw for a behind-the-scenes look at Chinese life at its most traditional. Visit the Silk Market and a cloisonne factory.

Spend a day visiting the Sacred Way, the Exhibition Hall of the Ming Tombs and the Great Wall, one of the world’s greatest wonders. Enjoy a Peking Duck dinner and a performance of ‘The Legend of Kung Fu’.

Fly to Xian for two nights. Enjoy a Tang Dynasty cultural show and dinner.

A day exploring gracious and cosmopolitan Shanghai. Drive to Jin Mao Tower, one of the world’s tallest buildings, for a breathtaking panorama. See the colonial concessions along the Bund, take a stroll through Chinatown and Yu Garden. Evening acrobatic show.
