Journey to Mt. Emei, one of China’s four sacred Buddhist mountains and stay one night at Emei Shan Grand Hotel.
Travel to Leshan and stay overnight. Visit Lingyin Temple and enjoy an unobstructed view of the largest Giant Buddha (71m) which is carved into the mountain and took over 90 years to complete.
Journey 160km to Dazu which is ranked among the most important Buddhist archaeological sites with more than 50,000 stone carvings from the 13-19th century AD. Continue onto Chongqing and stay overnight.
