Transfer to the Majesty Plaza Hotel for two nights.

Spend a day exploring this gracious and cosmopolitan city. See the former Colonial Concessions along the Bund for a view of the ‘yesterday & today’ of Shanghai, drive to Pudong and stop at the soaring Jin Mao Tower for a breathtaking panorama of the city. Stroll along the alleyways of Old Chinatown and visit the Yu Garden. This evening enjoy an acrobatic show.

Travel by train to Suzhou and stay two nights at the Bamboo Grove Hotel. Enjoy an evening cultural show in the Master of the Nets Garden (except in winter).

See lovely gardens and waterways as you tour the Humble Administrator’s Garden and the Lingering Garden before visiting a silk factory and joining a short cruise along the canals.

Transfer to the station for the train to Hangzhou and stay two nights at the Holiday Inn.
